Nutritional requirements are different for everyone, that s why What s On Your Plate? takes you on a journey of nutritional discovery based on age and gender. To get started, set up an account and click on different food groups in the food pyramid to find out what foods are in each group, how many servings a day a person needs from that group, and what foods best fulfill the requirements.
